Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a New Jersey business doing $1M or more a year.
  • Your accountant files a clean return every spring, but nobody sits down with you before December 31 to change what it will show.
  • You run more than one company, file in more than one state, or hold real estate next to the business.
  • You pay yourself through an S-corp and nobody has checked whether that salary still fits the business you run today.
  • Your books get categorized each month but never actually closed.
  • You want the CPA who makes the calls on your file, not a junior who rotates out next season.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return filed.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want last year's return filed, with no planning for the year ahead.
  • Anyone looking for a tax position with no paperwork behind it.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how John and his team handle the tax side of a $1M+ business, all year long.

John Reads Your Return Himself

John goes through your latest return and your books personally and points to the spots where you're overpaying. The planning and the decisions stay with him, not a junior who rotates out next season.

We Model Your Pay And Structure

We work through what you pay yourself, how each company is set up, whether a New Jersey BAIT election helps you this year and which retirement plan fits your profit, using your real figures first.

We Document Every Position

We set your S-corp salary from comparable wage data and put that support in your file before the first paycheck goes out, and we back every reimbursement plan with a written plan and records.

We Carry Out The Changes

Our team makes the payroll changes, sets up the reimbursement plan and handles the elections and paperwork during the year, so the moves that have to happen in 2026 actually happen in 2026.

We File Both Returns

The same office prepares your business return and your personal return, for any entity from an LLC to a C-corp, so what gets filed is exactly what we planned.

We Keep Your Books Closed

We handle bookkeeping, payroll and monthly reporting so your numbers are closed, not just categorized, and a fractional CFO is there for forecasting, cash flow and the measures you steer by.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I work with John, or get passed to a junior?+
You work with John directly. His team handles the day-to-day, but the planning and the decisions are his. When something is time-sensitive, he picks up the phone himself.
Do you file my returns too, or only do the planning?+
Both. The same office prepares your business return and your personal return, whether you run an LLC, an S-corp, a partnership or a C-corp. The person who plans it is the person whose office files it, so nothing falls through a gap.
Is it too late in the year to change anything?+
No. Your 2026 payroll isn't finished and nothing has been filed, so several of the biggest moves are still open. Salary run through payroll, deferrals taken from your pay and equipment placed in service only count for 2026 if they're done by December 31, so the sooner you start, the more of them we can use.
Will changing my salary or structure get the IRS's attention?+
John started his career as an auditor for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and he saw that positions get challenged when nobody wrote down why a choice was made. So we set your salary from comparable wage data and keep the support in your file. And if a notice ever arrives, you don't deal with the IRS yourself: John does.
What does it cost?+
The fee isn't published. John tells you plainly on the strategy call what working together costs, before you commit to anything.
What if I don't save at least $100K?+
Then you don't pay for the planning. John walks you through exactly what that covers on the strategy call, before any work begins.
When will I actually see the savings?+
Many of the moves have to be in place by December 31, so the work starts as soon as you're on board. The savings show up when your returns are filed, and because the planning happened during the year, April holds no surprise.
Do you only work with owners near Spring Lake?+
No. John works with owners across Monmouth County in person and with business owners across the U.S. remotely. Many of his clients run companies in more than one state.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Business Is Overpaying Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, John opens your latest return with you, points to where you're overpaying and estimates what it's worth. You'll hear which fixes still help 2026 and what working together would cost.
